I’m the COO of Pivotal Media, a software development and digital growth company based in Phoenix.
I run operations and lead our software development practice, building custom web and mobile applications with agentic AI workflows. My work spans product planning, systems, tooling, process, and delivery.
Before Pivotal Media, I spent four years in behavioral health operations, most recently as Director of Admissions at Pinnacle Peak Recovery. I managed admissions for a 102-client census, rebuilt procedures across admissions, clinical, and billing, and hired a developer to customize the facility’s CRM around those workflows.
Earlier, I ran the DUI program at Cornerstone Healing Center and wrote its standard operating procedures from scratch.
